Diabetes can cause visible changes in your dog’s health and behavior. The signs of diabetes are not specific and can also be seen in other diseases. Make an appointment with your veterinarian to discuss any concerns you have about your dog. Your veterinarian may need to examine your dog and may recommend some tests to identify underlying issues.
